Martha`s True Stories

Martha’s True Stories is based on Martha Speaks, an animated series and interactive website on PBS KIDS. It introduces kids ages 4-7 to the world of nonfiction through interactive books where they can read along with Martha as they learn vocabulary skills.Martha's True Stories are divided into four STEM categories: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (environment, technology, inventions and measuring).

Within each category, you'll find two nonfiction stories about the topic, plus another kind of nonfiction "text" (instructions, recipe, a made-up website, and so on). You can review the words using the Word Bones interactive glossary. There is also a short vocabulary quiz for each story or text, that will help reinforce the new vocabulary and concepts.

A parents guide and a teachers guide are also available.

Songlyrics.com offers thousands of song lyrics searchable by artist and genre. Music news and songs and albums reviews are also available. In fact, it is one of the largest entertainment sites and one of the most complete lyrics databases in the world.
