Foodskey is a series of short
videos about the science of food by video journalist Ben Haran for
the University of Nottingham. The films cover topics like
nutrition, food security, and crop technology.
On 20 September 2017 the Hurricane
Maria struck the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. For one year, Dr
Gemma Sou and Dr Felix Aponte-Gonzalez conducted ethnographic
research on 16 low-income Puerto Rican families and on how they
recovered from Maria. This research was turned into a 20-page graphic
novella, free to download in English and in Spanish.
Creative Commons is an American
non-profit organization devoted to expanding the range of creative
works available for others to build upon legally and to share. This
organization has released several copyright licenses that allow
creators to communicate which rights they reserve and which rights
they waive.
