NewseumED

Headquartered in Washington D.C, the Newseum is an interactive museum that promotes free expression and the five freedoms of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: religion, speech, press, assembly and petition. It was open in 2008.

NewseumED is a free online learning platform for teachers and students that shows the Newseum's commitment to reach all who wish to better understand these freedoms and their relationship to learning and teaching history and civics.

It provides free learning tools on media literacy, EDcollections, lesson plans, activities, EDideas, and much more.
