Sutori for English and Language Teachers

Sutori is a collaborative instruction and presentation tool for the classroom. It can be used as an alternative to traditional presentations such as PowerPoint or Prezi. The stories can be viewed one panel at a time, like a slideshow, or scrolled through, like a timeline.

Black literature timeline

This literary timeline explores the history of Black literature and writing in Britain through around 50 texts. 

It includes works by writers living and working in Britain, as well as titles first published here and authored by people who were born in former British colonies in Africa, the Caribbean and Americas.

HSTRY. Create interactive timelines

Selected as one of the top resources of 2015 for the classroom by the American Association of School Librarians, HSTRY is a free digital learning tool that enables teachers and students to create and explore interactive timelines in a simple way. 

Originally, it was designed for historical timelimes but it seems perfect for project based learning and it is also interesting to create multimedia portfolios.
