Zaption is an interesting interactive video platform developed by a San Francisco based tech start-up. It helps teachers use existing videos from YouTube, Vimeo and other sources to design interactive quizzes, coments, discussions... by creating a tour, in other words, a combination of these videos, images and text. Different types of questions are available (multiple choice, open response...)

Conversation Questions for the ESL/EFL Classroom

A large group of questions which you can use in your ESL conversation classes. You can save the page "as text", edit it to be more appropriate for your own students and add any additional questions you can think of.

Some ways to use them in the classroom:
- Print out the questions and let students work in pairs asking the questions alternately.
- Divide the questions into two pages, give half the questions to one student and half to another and let them work in pairs.
- In a small class, the teacher may want to use the questions to get a conversation going about a given topic.
